Deposit and payment schedule calculator

Split a booking into a deposit and equal payments, with the last one due a set number of days before the session. You get the amounts, the due dates and what you keep after processing fees. Nothing is saved or sent anywhere.

PaymentDueAmountProcessing fee

Payments are spaced evenly from the booking date to the final due date, rounded to whole days. Each amount is rounded to the cent; the last payment absorbs the rounding so the total matches the price. Check your contract and local rules on deposits. Enter your own processor's rates; 3% + $0.30 is an example input.

How it works

Deposit = price × deposit %. Each further payment = (price − deposit) ÷ payments, rounded to the cent; the last takes the remainder. Final due date = session date − days before. Processing fee per payment = amount × processing % + fixed fee.

Worked example (the values above): 30% of $3,200 is a $960.00 deposit on 10 January 2027, leaving $2,240.00. Split into 3 payments that is $746.67, $746.67 and $746.66. The session is on 12 June 2027, so the final payment is due 14 days earlier, on 29 May 2027, which is 139 days after booking; the payments fall 46, 93 and 139 days after booking: 25 February, 13 April and 29 May. Processing at 3% + $0.30 costs $29.10 on the deposit and $22.70 on each payment, $97.20 in all, so you receive $3,102.80.
